Recently in late January 2023 The Mozzarella Boss was called back to the Waterview Estates in Beverly NJ to participate in a Sopranos Style Italian dinner party hosted by Mrs. Diventura. That day the Mozzarella Boss set everything up for his part of the event and made use of the Grande Cheese curd he had brought along. The Mozzarella Boss made over 20 lbs of fresh Mozzs to be used in dishes for the party, and to feed the 50+ people in attendance of the dinner party.
Most of the guest that attended the dinner party were local business people from the tristate area which included a real estate expert, an entrepreneur, and the host of The famous Real Hustle Podcast Mr. Mark Mckenna. Similar to the debut of the Mozzarella Boss at the Waterview Estates, this Mozzarella Boss led event ended up being a huge success that everyone enjoyed.
