2023 is here and the debut of the Mozzarella Boss comes along with it. The debut happened recently at the new Waterview Estate in Beverly NJ. On Christmas Day The Boss was requested to put on a show of his mozzarella making skills for the entire Diventura family’s Christmas day dinner party, the Diventura family wanted to have a premier Italian experience and were sure that The Boss could provide them with it. In attendance at this dinner party was the esteemed elder statesman Mr. Lou Diventura who has owned an operated The famous Ventura’s Greenhouse restaurant in Margate NJ. Also in attendance was his son Lou Jr. who operates Ventura’s Offshore Café in Northfield NJ. In addition, were the owners of the famous Filomena restaurants located in Berlin, Blackwood, and Deptford NJ. The guest list was close to 100 family and friends and The Mozzarella Boss made over 40 lbs of Fresh Mozzs to feed everyone that day! It was a great opportunity that the Diventura family gave to the Mozzarella Boss and the many guest were amazed and delighted by the experience the Mozzarella Boss was able to provide that day.
