Robert Nestore is a local entrepreneur from Philadelphia who resides in South Jersey . He is the founder of several janitorial services companies which include Daycare Cleaning Services, Inc., Education Facility Management, LLC and Diversified Contract Cleaning Services. His hobbies include cooking and entrepreneurship. Robert has always had a passion for Italian food going back to when he worked at the San Carlo restaurant & Caffe Giardina.
In 1998,on a visit to Hoboken NJ he discovered how many places were selling and making fresh Mozzarella. One place which he thought was probably the best was Fiores deli on Jefferson street which has been around for over 100 years and has lines waiting for the "Fresh Mozz" After many years of trying to find a place local that could compare to the great taste of fresh Mozzarella in Hoboken, Robert and his brother Chris decided to experiment, and make it themselves. Everyone that has tried it, has said how amazing it taste.
In October 2022 , Robert attended the Pizza & Pasta expo where he was able to meet the great cheese companies like Belagiosa and Grande foods. After that day The Mozzarella Boss was founded , and Robert knew he had something. On Christmas Day, The Mozzarella Boss debut at a private party which consisted of over 100 guest. Those guest consisted of the owners of some famous restaurants throughout South Jersey, and everyone was amazed . Two weeks later , Robert appeared a second time for another private party which was hosted by the same group and consisted of many influential guest. Making fresh Mozzarella Cheese is something that Robert enjoys when he is not running his business, and he hopes to share the great taste and recipes that he continues to discover with everyone!
